Preorders

All products will be available as preorders. The preorders will work in “cycles” of 2 weeks. Here’s how it will work:

At the end of the 2 week cycle I’ll start production for all the preorders that have been placed within the cycle. Then I’ll start a new cycle, and at the end of that one I’ll start production for all the preorders that have been placed during the new cycle.

So for example if one cycle is between the 1st and 14th of a month, and the second cycle is between 15th and the 29th, then production for all the orders placed between the 1st and 14th will start on the 15th, and production for all preorders placed between the 15th and 29th will start on the 30th.

Production time is approximately 10 days. Once the preorders have been produced I will pack and ship them immediately.

The preorders method means that a lot more products will be available on the website without the same risk of them selling out. As long as they’re in stock with my supplier, they’ll be available. This eliminates the problem of having to wait for restocks and also gives me more freedom to drop new pieces whenever I want.

This method also gives you more freedom in your buying experience with less stress. This is because you can change your order however you want before production starts, for example if you want to change, remove or add an item. Just send me an email and we’ll sort it out!

The preorder method is also very positive for the environment as it means that I’ll only produce the exact amount necessary and avoid overproduction.

Transportation emissions also decrease as I ship orders once every 2 weeks instead of doing 2 shipments per week.

My vision is to upgrade this method and buying blanks to keep at my printshop so I can print orders instantly on demand without any third party and without the long wait.

Worldwide Shipping

All orders are shipped from Sweden. 

Shipping within Sweden can take up to around 3 business days.

Shipping within Europe usually takes 7-9 business days, while express shipping within EU usually takes 2-3 business days. 

Shipping outside of Europe usually takes 12-15 business days, while express shipping within EU usually takes 4-6 business days.

Tracking: 

The tracking options available outside of Sweden are as follows:

Basic tracking: This option tracks your order within Sweden, but once it has exited Sweden it is not tracked until it has arrived at the final destionation.

Full tracking: This options tracks your order all the way from the drop off at my post office, to the final destination.

Return Policy

All orders can be returned within 14 days of receiving the product unless the product has been damaged by the customer. Your payment will be returned once I have picked up the returned product. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. 

It is possible to change your order details before it is dispatched. You can also choose to cancel you order before it has been dispatched, and in this case your order will be refunded.

Sizing exchanges are possible once you have received the product. For this you will first need to return the original product, and I will send out the new product once I have picked up the returned product. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. 

DFKT Clothing is not responsible for packages that have been damaged or lost during delivery. 

Quality Policy

All product drops, restocks and marketing campaigns must bring value to the customer. All internal processes should be optimized to provide as much value to the customer as possible according to their requirements, and all activities that do not provide value to the customer should be optimized to do this as much as possible, or be eliminated. All new products must be analyzed to ensure that they meet customer requirements.

The leadership within the company must be optimized so that I/we can work as efficiently as possible.

All processes within the company must be mapped and optimized to be efficient and provide customer value. Bottlenecks must be solved.

DFKT will work to constantly improve. Processes must be constantly monitored for improvement, but products must also be constantly monitored to see how they can ve developed and improved for the future.

Products must be produced in the quantity needed, both through preorders as well as through carefully calculated restocks.

Contact with customers must continue to be taken care of. Feedback on new changes, products, ideas, campaigns and so on will be collected from customers, and communication throughout the organization will be adapted to communicate with customers and build relationships.
