Shipping  

All orders are shipped worldwide from Sweden.  

Shipping for Swedish orders 

Shipping within Sweden is ALWAYS FREE and takes 1-3 business days. 

Shipping within Europe 

Shipping within Europe usually takes 3-5 business days. See shipping prices at checkout. 

Shipping outside of Europe 

Shipping outside of Europe usually takes 5-7 business days. See shipping prices at checkout. 

Tracking:  

The tracking options available outside of Sweden are as follows: 

Basic tracking: This option tracks your order within Sweden, but once it has exited Sweden it is not tracked until it has arrived at the final destination. 

Full tracking: This option tracks your order all the way from my post office to your pickup address. 

Preorder  

All products are available as preorders. All orders will start production at the end of every week. Expect 5-10 business days of production before your order is shipped. You will be able to follow production through regular updates. 

Sustainability 

All orders are shipped with packaging made from 100% recycled plastic.  

Thanks to my preorder method I only produce the exact amount of products necessary to avoid overproduction. What’s ordered by you guys is what I produce, nothing more. This eliminates unnecessary stock keeping and decreases emissions, as I only ship once a week.  

In addition to this, I strive towards making timeless designs with quality that you can wear for a long time to encourage sustainable consumption. 

Purchase Policy 

By purchasing from DFKT you are acknowledging that your item(s) are subject to 5-10 days of production time before it is shipped, and that production starts at the end of each week.

Return and Refund Policy 

All orders can be returned within 14 days of receiving the product unless the product has been damaged by the customer. Your payment will be returned once I have picked up the returned product and can verify it has been returned. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.  

It is possible to change your order details before it's been shipped. You can also choose to cancel your order before it has been shipped, and in this case, your order will be fully refunded. 

Sizing exchanges are possible once you have received the product. To do this, you will first need to return the original product, and I will send out the new product once I have picked up the returned product. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.  

DFKT Clothing is not responsible for packages that have been damaged or lost during delivery.
