"Keep your stem stable when your leaves are overloaded" - this is what the text on the front print says.
This quote represents that when you're feeling overwhelmed with stress, anxiety, or simply overwhelming thoughts and feelings, you need to keep your core calm.
It's okay to have those feelings, we all do, and as long as you keep steady in your beliefs, values, and goals, but most importantly keep as calm as you can, you will get through it much faster.
How I made it
I made this design by taking a picture of a plant in our apartment. the idea was inspired during a time where I was very stressed with work, uni, and life with a lot to do, and the way I got through it was by staying as calm as I possibly could.
Since then I often wear this tee during overwhelming days when I want to remind myself to keep calm.
