We all feel stress and panic every so often, it's a part of life. In today's society, we are all so used to simply dealing with it by popping a pill. What you really need is to take some time to slow down, calm yourself down, and give yourself some peace and quiet. This design represents that the best way to control your panic is through serenity, not through pharmaceutical drugs. By taking some time to wind down and reflect on your mindset you can also come up with changes in your life to minimize your anxiety.
The pill filled with nature represents that you need some natural peace and quiet, and I've chosen to present this graphic in green and blue colors as they are both calm colors.
